    Update problems


    My kids are new to Xbox. They got an Xbox one for xmas, but have been problems trying to update the games to play. Games are Call of Duty Black Ops 3 and Rocket League. They have updated both as theyre instructed on the screen, when they both reach 100%,
    it seems as though they'll both install but then says games needs to update. I thought we already did that. Can someone help?

    Update Problems.

    I found this information regarding that error code:

    A storage device (memory unit or hard drive) was not found during the software update. Follow these steps:

    1. Turn off your console.
    2. Remove all console storage devices, including any USB flash drives, external hard drives, or the internal hard drive on the Xbox 360 S console. Learn how to remove the
      hard drive      .
    3. Add your primary storage device, for example, the hard drive.
    4. Turn on the console
    5. Try updating the console again.

    Updates happen very often, so it could be that the games were updated between now and your last update.

    Hey ShakyChaff36025! You can use a usb to
    update the console offline    , if retrying the update does not work. Post back and let me know how it goes!
