    Hej Guys,

    I have an big problem...

    My Xbox 360 Says theres an new Update so i click on the button to download/install it. After the half of the download I get a Message with a code that the download didn´t work...

    Now i need you help to fix that Problem...

    I am from Germany i and im just a bit young so ecuse me for my bad english...

    Hey ShakyChaff36025! You can use a usb to
    update the console offline    , if retrying the update does not work. Post back and let me know how it goes!
