Update problem on XBOX360

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing experiencing difficulties with being able to update your console.

For this, I would recommend that you first go into your Storage, and delete any items that might be corrupted or incomplete. You can confirm this if the image of the item you are looking at has a yellow exclamation point on it.

Once this is done, Clear your Xbox 360 cache, and then follow these steps to rollback
the updates on your console:

1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
2. Go to Settings and select System.
3. Select Storage.
4. Enter the following button sequence: X, LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X.
5. Select the option to roll back all system updates that are installed. The console will restart automatically and then download the updates again.

Give this a try and let us know if this works for you.

I just gave this method a try and it doesn't work as well. The same code keeps reappearing.

This is what it says:

Cant instal the update. The disc is unreadable.

Status Code:

3151-351F-1800-2623-C000-007F

So I tryed to download from xbox live, and on the end it shows error of update
