Update preview xbox one

Good morning,

it seems that I.m registered to the update preview program, and I just can't quit.

after receiving the October update, I'm having problems with my stereo headset. The volume has turned down and sounds aren't clear.

I've tried the headset with PC and tablet and it works fine, but it doesn't seem to do the same on the xbox one.

i've also noticed that my controllers name has strange characters.

This is quite normal in the preview program, that there may occur bugs and "strange characters":

If encountering any problems related to the preview program, please move over to the preview forums and post your issues there:

If just wanting to quit the participation in the program, start the preview dashboard app, go to registration and change the status of your console. You will then be removed from the program after the current preview sahboard goes public.

 

The problem is I only have the join option

 

And if I click the links you gave me It says no group found.

So it's like I'm not in the program, while I am or else how would you explain my os version.

I excuse myself for my English or improper language, but I'm Italian.

 

Err... I am not talking of the "registration app" but of the "dashboard preview app". That a different one.There is a menu item in this app called "registration".

 

Ok I got It now! Unregistered. Now what's going to happen with my os version? Will it get back to normal, or will I have to stick up with this till new update comes out?

 

You will continue to receive preview updates until the current wave is gone public, which may be at the begin of october. Once this version is public you will not receive any further preview dashboards.
