Update Preview - please un-enroll my console...

Could someone un-enroll my console from this update preview testing.... i have no app or code anymore to Change it on my own... please contact me...

New Xbox one S

Am planning on getting an S. I'm in the preview program. My question is can I remove my serial number from the preview program with the new update (you have that option). Should I use that option or just un enroll from the program. Or should I wait and enroll
the S before un enrolling the xbox one.

Hey there! if you want to be removed from the preview program I suggest you re-post this question in the early access forums. Also I've never looked in the app to leave the program, but it may be an option in the preview app.

It definitely is in the preview app - have you deleted the Preview App, Crushhead? If so, you should be able to go to your apps and games, go to Apps, then scroll ALL THE WAY to the right, you'll see apps that are available for you to install.

Reinstall the Preview App, and then there will be an option for "Registration" at the top of the three grey tiles to the right. From here you can choose to unregister your console from the preview program.

You can un-enrol on your Xbox, by going to the Xbox Preview Dashboard app and un-enrolling from the preview updates. This will only change to stop the updates once the current update wave has ended.

Is there a possibility that someone else that has access to your console has enrolled it? If so then they'll have to un-enroll by going to the Preview app selecting "registration" clicking on "Change" and then "Remove"

The console will then be un-enrolled when the next public update hits.

In case there is no one else that could of enrolled it then your best bet is to post about it on the preview forums forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

if you don't have access then please create a post here forums.xbox.com/.../4268.aspx requesting access to the preview forums for support with your issue
