Customer support cant see whos in the preview only forum support has that information. What i was told your showing up as registered.

TopCalzonie · Apr 25, 2014

I've tried for weeks and email Mister Balloons, no reply. I get the updates, and can't discuss them.

UrbanizedTree · Apr 25, 2014

Hi Top,

I don't see your gamertag in our database. Any chance you've changed your gamertag at some point? Is this the gamertag you registered to the program with?

@UrbanizedTree It's possible my Tag is different; same Xbox, still getting preview updates pushed to it. If I remember correctly, I could not get on using my Tag after one of the updates, said it was in use or I couldn't remember the password, something...

I've been trying to get into the forums for months now.

That's is weird, don't get me wrong I don't doubt what you are saying but if I launch the xbox preview registration program it says hi ,this box is registered to preview updates and then two options of invite a friend or unregister.

Could it be because I have two iinvite codes?

Deepak J Nair

Guys, the entire process goes like this!-

First somebody has to invite you and then you need to download the xbox one registration app in your xbox live and register in the same.

Then you should wait for 2-3 days and then try accessing

In case if this is not happening then talk to Microsoft support with your Tag!!

Hope this will help and you are able to access and contribute to preview forums

SilentGamer895

SilentGamer895
