Update Preview Forum Access

Stezy g are you registered for the preview program?

 

May I please have access to the forums as well. I'm in the preview but can't access the forums.

 

Yes I'm registered but can't access either, been on xboxsupport on twitter they also can't help.

I don't seem to have access to the preview forum anymore as well.

 

Are you registered for the program

 

I am as far as I know if I launch the registration program I get the this xbox is registered for updates then two options invite a friend or unregister.

Still have no option to download the beta firmware/software either.

 

Guys, the entire process goes like this!-

First somebody has to invite you and then you need to download the xbox one registration app in your xbox live and register in the same.

Then you should wait for 2-3 days and then try accessing

In case if this is not happening then talk to Microsoft support with your Tag!!

Downloaded app-yep

Wait 2 or 3 days- yep

App says registered- yep

Forum access- nope

Its not like I (we) are the only ones that have or had experienced this issue

 

I'll check on the request, I'm sorry to inform you trinityschild and stezy g but you dont show up as registered for the preview program.

 

That's is weird, don't get me wrong I don't doubt what you are saying but if I launch the xbox preview registration program it says hi ,this box is registered to preview updates and then two options of invite a friend or unregister.

Could it be because I have two iinvite codes?

But I have the app on my x1 and I can invite friends, I have just been speaking to xbox support and they confined that they can see me as being registered.
