Update Payment option problem !!! Please Help!

Hello I have tried everything you have said to do still didn't work i cannot update my payment option from my computer which is wrong i should be able to especially when all these errors popup have cleared my cache 4-5 times restarted my xbox probably close
to 50 times in the past 3 days trying to update my payment option i put this new card on there because i knew my bank closed my other one on my account and every time i try to update it this dumb error pops up im very very aggravated and this shouldn't be
an issue ive been on xbox 7 years now been threw 3 different accounts btw. thanks for permanently banning them =( and this has never happened in all the 7 years ive played this seriously make me regret wasting 500$ of $ I didn't have to get the new system

my membership is suspended until i update my payment option,i click on update payment option and it says......sorry theres a problem with the xbox service,try again later....code 80070428.then after that it says some xbox live content is temporarily unavailable..please
try again later......code 8007065b.....please help!!!

 

Can't authorize payment method

i have the same problem it says "Can't authorize the selected payment option. Please select a different payment option or add a new one. PLEASE HELP AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM

We'll you seem to be in a pickle. First off ambassadors and support are only here to provide you with tips such as myself. If there is a payment option failure you should contact xbox support directly using 1800-4MY-XBOX. There should be nothing they can't
help you with. They can easily take your credit card off, etc... Sorry for the hassle but there will always be software errors you just seemed to have fallen in the wrong spot. I encourage you to stay with xbox considering you have Been with them for 7 years.
