Update on xbox one has stopped xbox going online!

Hi.. My xbox one won't connect to xbox live after the latest update yesterday, I'm on the preview programme. Spoke to xbox support and told to post here as a known problem. Can someone tell me how to resolve as my xbox is currently useless!

Why can't I play my X1 offline?

I had to update it in order to do anything, I even have to go online to create a profile. Not everyone that gets a Xbox One has internet...

 

I have a similar issue.

Latest update failed with 0x87dd0016.

This code doesn't appear on the support forum though.

 

Normally have the xbox on WiFi. Using a wired network connection allowed access to xbox live as normal. The update then completed. Didn't fix the WiFi issue though.

 

I am having the same problem, I am usually connected by WiFi with my Xbox one and now it can't connect to Xbox Live even though it can see my network and I have changed none of my network settings.

 

Another thread is also full of people having trouble connecting with WiFi after the update.

You guys need to contact support and make them aware.

You need this forum chappies. For some reason, even though I am not in the preview programme, I have access to the forums, (just noticed the extra box at the top), has this happened to anyone else?

Im having the same problem, i was told by xbox support to set my xbox one back factory setting, which i done and now it wont connect to my wifi network, the singal on my network is full but it wont connect at all. Xbox support also said if you have had the
previous dashboard beta its causing problems to get online. Does anyone have any ideas

 

I'm not in the preview but have not been able to see anything in the store since at least Sunday. Just says "something went wrong" or "Nothing here"

 

I'm not on the preview programme either and I'm having this issue. It is connected to my network and there's no issues on my 360. This is extremely annoying...
