Update on my Perm banned account

So I made a thread recently asking about how come I have been perm banned seeing as how I have only ever received communication bans in the past and never do anything so serious as to warrant a perm ban. As I watched this forum it seemed like myself a lot
of other people had been perm banned seemingly so unfair in the past three days, so I knew something was up. Any who I filed my case review and spoke with chat support and it seems they had changed my perm ban into a temporary communication suspension as
by this reply I received off enforcement:

This account received a temporary communications suspension as the result of disruptive behavior or communications. This suspension was issued following an investigation that included consistent community feedback which helped
establish a pattern of negative behavior. This suspension does not prevent the account from using Xbox Live or playing online multiplayer, but does prevent the use of communications features, including chat and messaging. At the conclusion of the suspension,
all functionality will be automatically restored.



Not how he says it is a temporary communication suspension and does not affect my online game play and when I questioned chat support with this they said enforcement can take up to 48 hours to change the ban over. Any who it has
no been more than 48 hours since that reply from enforcement and I still can not access my account. Any ideas as to the real time it takes enforcement to change bans over? Thanks.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Xbox Live Account Banned, Please help me

Hi, over a year ago my xbox console got perm banned and all my accounts on my xbox got perm banned aswell,

The Xbox was brought 2nd hand, so the previous owner must have been doing some bad stuff on the console

I just still don't understand why my account got banned till 9999, it was involved in nothing.

I just think its unfair that all my accounts got perm banned even though they had nothing to do with anything bad it was just the console.

The gamertag is BNK DaNGeROuS

I would really be thankful for any help from xbox/microsoft to help me get my account back

 

Sorry to hear it. However, I believe that you were misinformed by support. The only people who have the ability to change an enforcement action are the PET. Neither phone nor chat support are able to do this.

You'll need to go only by what is stated at the enforcement site linked below.

Hey but that is what I am going by Onyx- the response from the PET team in which was the above reply. That it was now a communication ban
