Update not found

Discus and support Update not found in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I tried to play NBA 2K 10 and Call of Duty 2 but both of them said "Game needs an update, Update not found" Anyone know how to fix that?... Discussion in 'XBoX Games and Apps' started by WangFu52, Jun 6, 2014.

    I tried to play NBA 2K 10 and Call of Duty 2 but both of them said "Game needs an update, Update not found"

    Anyone know how to fix that?

    Hi there. The game may no longer exist on Xbox LIVE. By that, I mean that the game's developers may no longer support the game itself. Another reasonable explanation is that the update file has been removed from the Xbox LIVE datacentre. You will need to
    email Xbox LIVE customer support, or the game's developer to alert them of your error.

    Hi there,

    I believe that for Skyrim game updates are stored in the games saved locations rather than the cache. Could you please try and delete the update there and then see if it will allow you to redownload the update and hopefully fix your issue?
