update not able to apply

Discus and support update not able to apply in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hi guys would appreciate some help please....here goes I turned on my xb1 yesterday and it immediately began trying to apply an update but part way...     Hi guys would appreciate some help please....here goes I turned on my xb1 yesterday and it immediately began trying to apply an update but part way through the application failed, and I got an error code on the something went wrong screen, the code is E203
    0000080F 80073CF6, I contacted Microsoft after trying to update via usb stick had also produced the same error, after they found out I was part of the preview programme they said they wouldn't be able to help me and I needed help from you guys....so here I
    am hope someone can help I had selected to opt out of the programme about 3 days ago not sure if this is relevant.

    Everytime I put the mw3 game, it says there is an update that hasn´t been found yet. Anyone know what this is about?

    Hey there!

    That's never a good thing to encounter. I see you mentioned that you tried the USB offline update but I just want to be sure that you did that properly. Make sure your USB stick is formatted to NTFS and has at least 4GB of space and follow the directions
    in our
    Offline System Update
    tool for the E203 error. If that still doesn't work, unfortunately your console may be in need of repairs. That process can be initiated via the
    Online Service Center.

    I do see that you mention you dis-enrolled your console from the Preview Program. That said, I would recommend heading over to the

    Preview Program forums
    and letting them know what happened during your console's factory reset after being removed from the program so they can be aware in case it is a bug of some sort. They appreciate any/all information that people give them.
