Sorry for the confusion.

Earlier today we were experiencing issues with people loading up their accounts, and that could be leading to the error that you're seeing there. I would suggest that if you haven't already, try power cycling your console as outlined in

How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console as you should be able to load up your account now.

When you get a chance, give that a shot and let us know whether or not the issue persists.

Its not helping. Nothing is. Ive tried everything and im very disapointed. :/

I haven’t tried that yet. Will that erase all the games and data? It’s my son’s and if he looses everything he will be very upset.
