Update need help

Right Friday I was playing Advanced warfare from 5pm to 10pm uk time and then on Saturday at 6pm I had an update for about an hour

i then what to go on advanced warfare but it will not let me go live it saying im not allowed I don't cheat on games and if I have been banned I would like to see

the evidence or is it to do with the up date thank you

New update, need help.

The game (at release) was already patched to version 1.1, when you cleared the cache it removed that update along with version 1.2 (the bugged version).



There are work arounds but I can't post them here as it's against the rules (see

this thread).

it might be update related - it is a beta so problems will pop up. You can check to ensure you haven't been banned/suspended on the Enforcement site
here.

We wouldn't be able to check if you have been banned by the game dev's for Advanced Warfare - its a separate system run by them.

 

Last one Do you now how I will be able to check for my self thank you

 

If it's the game dev's I would have thought you would get a message when you try to login to multiplayer - there should be some info on their website telling you who to contact if you have questions.
