    Update my Microsoft Account


    I need to update my account with Microsoft. I forgot my password. That started the problems - I have changed my phone number so I can't get a code so I can change my password - then it wanted another email address than the one I use - It just seems like
    everything won't work and therefore, I cannot update my account so I can pay for the premium game. Where can I go to take care of these problems Thanking you in advance.

    changing email address associated with xbox

    I was going to change my Gamertag's old Hotmail address to a new gaming themed one, but it is now all tied into one Microsoft account, so it would mean it would be updated for all my Microsoft products and not just my Gamertag. I didn't bother in the end.
