Update mess up

Discus and support Update mess up in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; so upset the update today is to big for my device and I have no pc so listed everything my Netflix saved games ect and cant get on live so disappointed...     Not as messed up as they say

    I'll definitely pick this up sometime; it can't be nearly as terrible as trying to play SH 2 Restless Dreams on the 360.

    If you are part of the Insider program post here: Xbox Insiders

    Otherwise you have to apply the update in order to use online services

    Hi

    Can you please confirm if you are trying to update an Xbox One or Xbox 360 console? With Xbox One if you need to re download the complete operating system this is normally about 3.6GB in size and I would be surprised if you didn't have enough space on your
    drive to allow it to complete.

    Have been backing up your characters to a thumb drive or the cloud?

    I had that happen to me on the very first update so I've been backing up my characters ever since.
