Update loop on Infinite Warfare

This game is stuck in an update loop. When I click multiplayer it says "update requires restart" I let it restart the game then I get a box the says "update completed successfully." Back at the start menu then select multiplayer, the same thing happens over
and over again. Very frustrating! I contacted Activison but haven't received any information on how solve this issue. It started Tuesday 27th after double XP so haven't been able to play multiplayer since then. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Method 1: Clear Persistent Storage

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select All Settings.

4. Select Disc & Blu Ray.

5. In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage.

6. Select Clear Persistent Storage.

7. Restart your Xbox One console. Try to access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

Method 2: Clear MAC Address

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select All Settings.

4. Select Network.

5. Select Network settings.

6. Select Advanced settings.

7. Select Advanced MAC address.

8. Select Restart. Try to access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.
