I was told by xbox support to make as much noise on the forums about not being able to play my xbox game on 360 so that microsoft might look into it and update the compatible list of games to support my game. my game is Driver Parallel lines

Trouble playing Original Xbox games on my 360

Hello gamer,

many backward supported games from the Original Xbox need a live update (update is performed for each game separately) to get compatible with the Xbox 360 system so in order to play these games you need live connection.

In addition to 360 games on Xbox one they are bring original xbox games to Backward compatible list of game for the xbox one too.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I don't think that it will help. Microsoft announced that they are done making original Xbox games compatible with 360, so we are unfortunately stuck with the list as it is.

Yeah, they stopped making games compatible in 2007 and all support for the original Xbox ended in 2010. It would no longer be possible to add anymore.

Take a look at the list of original Xbox Games on here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help...tibility/play-original-xbox-games-on-xbox-360 Only Doom 3 & Doom 3 resurrection of Evil are compatible. The earlier games will not work. This list will no longer be updated as the Backward Compatible program for the Xbox 360 ended years ago.

That game is not on the list of backward compatible games and will not be added. Microsoft stopped updating the original Xbox backwards compatibility on the 360 several years ago. The only way to play that game is on an original Xbox console.

The Xbox 360 can only play Backward Compatible games if it has an official Xbox 360 hard drive installed, and the game is listed on here If your Xbox 360 needs an update, then just connect the console to Xbox live, and the console will automatically check for the update and ask you to download it. If it does not, then your console probably already has it, and the game you want to play is not backward compatible.

Backwards compatible games are affected if the title is not on the compatible list. As long as the game is on the

compatibility list you will have no issues playing Single Player or Split-Screen. This is ONLY when playing an original XBOX game.

If you are talking about the xbox one bc list thats not the list for the xbox 360

There hasnt been any bc update for the 360 in years

They stopped it in back in 2013

Any update now for the 360 has nothing to do with bc

Its more for live connectivity and 360 features
