update keeps freezing and cant play the game to the fullest

I have Forza Horizon 2 and I needed and update. it wasn't working so I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling. I got the game fully installed with no network connected and then I got to the update and reconnected to the network. It always freezes at 41%.
I tried clearing my persistent storage and I also cleared the Alternative MAC address then restarted before I downloaded the update and it keeps happening. I also tried installing while connected to the network and it freezes at 93% I guess when it gets to
the updated part. This problem has been happening for days now.

yes and my problemes simaler i just got this xbox about 6 months ago and lately its been freezing even at the first load up what the hell is going on this is highley fustrating and i just bought this damn ff13 2 of xbox live and the damn game keeps freezing
what the hell xbox live i want to play the game i just payed for thats bs and that sleeps dogs game keeps freezing to what the hell i cant even play the game with out it freezing this sucks ive never had this happin before what going on and can you fix this
problem because i would like to play my games i payed for

 

Is this on XB1? Try installing the game offline. I don't know where the toggle is on the Settings menu but look around, take your XB1 offline and try installing the game first then, when you go online, the update.

 

Yes its an xbox1. i did install it offline then connected to do the update. then the update stops at 41%
