Discus and support Update Issues with Update Preview Program in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Im currently in the Update preview program. An update went out last week and i download it.     Update Issues with Update Preview Program


    Im currently in the Update preview program. An update went out last week and i download it. Now i am currently trying to do the Offline system update but there is no OS version for the 6.2.11494.0(xb_rel_1409.140812-2200_fre . this is extremely
    frustrating. Is there anything i can do to fix this situation? i am unable to access online or any apps that require online and i have been dealing with     this for a while now since the update. i also have been talking to twitter reps
    that have been very helpful.

    I think something is wrong with my x1

    Are you a part of the preview program? Sometimes the preview version of the updates have issues.

    Xbox live connection issue

    dependin on the xb1 and what update you are on this can happen.. the newer update with the user interface similar to windows10 had a big update to part chatt.. it even expanded how many in the party.. pre the windows 10 update allot of users had issues with chatt with people in the preview program and people not.. not sure if the problems still exist..

    1. As this is an issue with the preview program please head over to the preview forums and post further problems there.

    2. As the 1409 is in preview state there is if course no OSUT for this version. You may please refer to a 1408 version or an earlier one if available.

    There is an offline system update just for previewers, you are better of posting in preview forum try PM one of the xbox staff Miss Portia.
