Update issue (apology for the blur)

So, my Xbox keeps starting an update and for some reason when its restarts the power goes off and the Xbox never turns back on by any chance anyone knows a solution for this ?

Do you have the console plugged directly into the wall, or is it going through a power strip?

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue.

Judging from the info that you posted, it seems like you should try our the steps outlined in our

Startup Error Solution.

If that doesn't work so well, you might have to get a repair. If you want to try getting one of those done, you can always visit

device support or by having a
customer support agent help you with one.

Give the steps in that article a try and let us know how that works out.

2. I'm only unable to turn it on manually when it restart the console during the update

You are unable to turn it on manually? If you can try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for
5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Very aware, which is why I told MS not a hardware/warranty issue but software issue which in a world of updates blurs the line but still......
