Update Instillation Queued on XBOX ONE- NHL 15

At least they are acknowledging they have an issue. I'm not going to return the game. EA told me yesterday that they are investigating because apparently they are receiving a lot of reports about this issue. What I'm confused about is that it's only a 2kb
update so that should only take a few seconds :/. I installed the game and am playing offline until they come up with a fix.

game install is stuck on pause?

Same...I am currently trying to download NHL 15 but its stuck on pause. If i click resume instillation it will do nothing and if i try uninstall it does nothing either. I tried signing out but it isn't working...please help if someone can

 

Game says, "Ready to start 100%" but stuck in my queue

NHL 15 (digital copy) must have had an update recently. It was in my queue and said "Queued." When I tried the "Resume Installation" option, it changed to "Ready to start 100%" but it won't leave my queue.

I can launch and play the game fine, but it's stuck in my queue and really bugging me.

 

I am also playing offline, I had the issue escalated twice, so the issue should be at the top of whatever list they have.

 

Take it still no ones being able to locate a fix or have any helpful info off EA or XBOX, complete joke this is!

 

I also have this issue... DO NOT try uninstalling and reinstalling! Tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling over a 2.0kb update, now I can't install the game at all! Hope they fix this issue soon...

 

I just want to be able to play online and start my ultimate team. They need a fix asap

 

I am having then same issue and it's starting to *** me off. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, clear alt Mac address, reset my router, noting works

 

It's a problem on EA's side

 

Is there anything that can be done with this issue. It's very frustrating I've tweeted EA multiple times and they are too good to answer

 

All I know is that EA told me that they are aware of the issue and working on a fix

 

Just talked to a Microsoft person in chat, not a volunteer and actual tech and they said they have been doing scheduled mainline nice since yesterday for a future console update and that's why its not working. Told me all should be well in a hour I laughed
and left the chat

 

So he said everything should be back to normal soon?

 

I've also spoken to EA, asked if a fix was likely to come over the weekend or left till monday and was kindly told they work weekends and it would be fixed soon as possible.

 

Ok still not working... and how come my friends that already have it installed are playing right now.. .. i unistalled it started over stuck at 63 percent again..
