    Update hours


    I have a total of 4 devices here (plus one that is actually turned off and unplugged) and updates during the day are very much affecting my ability to work.

    I fully understand that if there is an urgent update to a game or application it needs to be updated but not if it isn't being used. It would be ideal to be able to say something along the lines of "update between midnight and 6am" or similar. Is there a setting for the Xbox series x (and Xbox one s) that would achieve this or are there plans to be?

    Are there any alternatives like blocking access to certain ip address ranges during the day? That will be difficult and inconvenient to manage but it would help.

    it has got to be your internet providers upload rate. Do you have any idea what that number is? Who are you using for your internet?

    Thanks for answering! Ive not got a clue - been trying to get blops2 game update for about 50 mins now - 90% done.

    Internet is with sky - I've recently changed, and was appalling with previous ISP also, so it's got to be Xbox rather than Internet.

    It would also help to know how your Xbox 360 is connecting to the internet? Wired/Wireless?
