    Update help


    Since the update 4 days ago I have not been able to get online, and have been getting the message "there was a problem with the update" along with error code 8B050033. Tried power cycling and was told to do a full reset. Since then I haven't been able to
    get on to my Xbox at all, as it stops at the update section with the same error. This is the only page I can get every time I start it up. I am also an Xbox insider. Can anyone help?

    Respawn update is nice.

    I think the update has helped the game advance.
    Made the game exciting again.

    I am having the same issue... not sure what the original error reported was (retried) but have seen 0x800701E7, and 0x87DD0019 as well as E101, etc... update is being forced from 10.0.17134.4054 to 10.0.17134.4056

    I'm having the same status code too. Tried clearing the console cache, it did nothing. Tried downloading updates to a flashdrive, it did nothing. Also, I'm having problems where almost every game that I want to play on Xbox Live requires an update. Netflix
    & Call of Duty: Black Ops work fine. But Rockband & others don't work.

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with your update.

    Have you been able to try the steps in our
    Issues downloading or installing the update     sticky thread?

    There are several different solutions that may help get things sorted out. Please let us know how those work for you and we'll go from there.
