Update has removed game

I purchased an xbox one with gears of War 5 included. I had a new system update, now my game has disappeared and I can not download it again and my code for the games says it has already been used. Can anyone help

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue.

Try performing the hard reset exactly like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

It means the game or app has recently received an automatic update. To remove it you just need to launch the game or app.

I was thinking about this but is there any Games (that any knows of) that after the retail Release an Update was written onto the new Pressed Gold Disc? In short the Update is part of the Game depending on when it was Manufactured?
I mean, it's done with Dashboard Updates and the Console itself, maybe a Publisher put it on the Disc itself?
