Have just downloaded the latest update for my xbox 1, everything ok ! , i start to play warzone, then after 10 minutes console turns off, and has never started again. After speaking to an agent who clearly could not help me, she checked my console serial
number and said it was out of date, so could replace my console for £170.00 lol. I have been debating with myself for a while about getting the new Playstation, please could you give me a good reason to stick with xbox ?

Hello! I've been having the same issue about my Xbox too, but it turns off within 1 sec whenever I opened it. My dad told me that it could be some dust covering the vent area (Overheat) or lack of power supply in the brick. After your Xbox shuts down, can't
you turn it on? Like it doesn't have a power on sound and light? How bout you try this method:

If it doesn't work or you have other reasons for that, you should go search it on google about that problem. They're might be some tips that can help you.

I have experienced this same issue. Not sure what to do at this point. Completely dead. Doesn't output anything to the monitor. Just black screen. Was stuck in the update process last night so went to bed and figured it would be done by morning. Woke
up to a powered off xobxone and restarting it does nothing. dead .... and frustrated.
