    Update going beyond 100 percent


    An update came out for Grand Theft Auto 5 today and began to install on my xbox one. It is now currently at 1560 percent and continueing to rise. When i go into the gam it says it is at 21 percent installed. What do i do

    Problem with game updates

    Sometimes i need to update a game, but the update goes beyond 100% and keep going.

    I don't know what to do...

    I need to uninstall and reinstall everything and it is very boring....

    What can I do?

    I have the same problem with Man In The Box achievement. Shows I have 100 percent for achievement but won't unlock or update.

    Hey there!

    Thanks for the support message.

    You may want to cancel out that install and try to re-install it. If that doesn't work, try to power cycle by holding down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds until it shuts down. Leave it off for 60 seconds, then
    turn it back on.

    All of your game progress are stored in the cloud storage of your profile. All the games and apps will also be there just make sure you choose the option " Reset and keep my games & apps." You will just need to sign in to your accounts again after doing a factory reset.
