*update from other forum*

i spoke to Xbox help line they looked at my account and told me that i had a console communications ban until sometime in October. i checked my own Xbox messages and enforcement history and nothing to say that I've had any other ban than the ones which have
expired. it is stupid how i have to make a forum to talk to enforcement since i did nothing wrong to get these suspensions. And don't even think about telling me to make a case review. It is a bit hard when they aren't even active. this is clearly the enforcement's
fault as there end never told me about this ban and quite frankly i don't deserve it as i have done nothing wrong. even if there is a chance that a enforcement person sees this although i don't think there is anyway way at all to contact them hopefully this
ban can be taken off. dont let a computer tell you if someone needs banning because some kids cant stand loosing. and yes i keep refreshing messages and emails and no enforcement message telling me i'm banned for 3 months.

Buying games from other countrie

I got my xbox 360 on January of 2010, I buy it in USA, and I am actually going to live en Barcelona on December of this year, I was wondering if I can buy games on Spain, or only american games are compatible with my xbox. I had seen on some forums Spain
and USA games are compatible if I use a multi system television. I hope you can answer me, although I wanna know if xbox can support 220v or only 110! Thank you so much.

 

Savegames from other uses.

You can't unless you download there saves to a hardrive an you have some type of software that can change the ids of the games so really no you can't play saved game saves from other accounts

 

Unfortunately that is the only place the enforcement team communicates. They do not use theses forums. They can only be contacted via the case review process. If you have already done that there is nothing further you can do.
