    Okay so I recently i atrempted to get help with not being able to get on my Xbox one gamertag.

    NOTE: this question was about not being able to log into my Xbox Live due to my (Outtlook (email) due to a permanent ban on my windows 10 account on my pc )

    I use my outlook.com account to sign in my Xbox but since my outlook email got locked it's impossible. My Xbox one account was already confirmed to have no enforcement violations. I called up on Thursday and I was sent a account reinstatement form to fill
    out I still haven't received any reply back who can I contact to resolve this I tried calling up Microsoft but I guess their phones are offline. I'm wanting to get this done ASAP.

    Any advice? I have the Microsoft support employees name in an email message along with my case number.

    Anyone know when more beta product keys will be available?

    Microsoft only updates xbox live every tuesday and thursday so the ad being on the dash no its not helping being on there but since they put it on thursday it was there to stay til at least tuesday. if it was my idea put it up on tuesday take it down on

    Yeah microsoft isnt doing a very good job of keeping us updated. Since all of them are being shipped with next day air, then they should all be released from UPS tomorrow. So Thursday is when we should all see the tracking info update. I wouldn't be concerned
    until Thursday rolls around and the tracking info still hasn't updated. Then you can panic.
