Update from Microsoft ruined My Xbox One

Hello There,

I was a happy and loyal Microsoft Customer but for the past couple of days I sincerely regret choosing Xbox One over PS4. I was happily playing Kinect Sports Rivals with my Daughter and Niece, all of a sudden an update popped-up. I accepted it and it went
over to start the installation and post that I couldn't turn my Xbox on.

Right now, I see an error as E102 and sometimes E101, I tried all possible steps of resetting the device and also offline update.

Both the reset option and offline update seem to throw me back to the same error screen

I do not find any authorised service centres in Chennai and I do not get proper support from Microsoft either.

An update from Microsoft has pushed me into this situation. It would be of great help to have my xbox fixed.

P.S ~ Again, the update ruined my Xbox. So I firmly believe it's Microsoft's responsibility to fix it

Games have started to lag. WTF?!

the update beta will ruin your console!!!!!!!!!! i ruined my xbox by dloading it!!!!!! dont let microsoft treat your 500$ purchase as a lab rat or guinea pig and put it through horrible trials and test....MY XBOX ONE NO LONGER READS ANY DISC WITHOUT ME MANUALLY

is there anyway i can get my xbox back to how it was. since i got this ''PREVIEW NEW UPDATES ON XBOX ONE'' thing, its ruined everything. i get home from work and want to party and game with friends, but since these updates have occured, i can no longer do

Why is there no answer for this...same here 128 gig pny 3.0 i bought for the purposes of videos from pc to xbox and now my xbox one or 360 wont recognize it...i spent money n the update ruined it...how was there no answer

I've never had my x1 set to 'auto update,' but do remember being in a game when. "Time to update" pops up and the only options you have is. "Update now" or "Go offline."

Either choice ruins your game with no way to save your progress.

Lets face it, with Xbox One "priority one" from "day one" was never the gamer.
