    Update for Halo: The Master Chief Collection


    I was just wondering if anybody else was having trouble updating the game as when I try it just comes up saying there was a problem with the update. I have tried the troubleshoot page right up to the point of offline system diagnostic tool. Any help would
    be appreciated.

    Update for Halo: The Master Chief Collection

    Yea I had the same problem with the last update. I had to speak to someone in MS support to help me fix it.

    I have a digital copy and they reset the game on their end and made me uninstall the whole game and download it again. The new download included the patch so I didn't get prompted to download it again.

    It was a pain to have to download 50GB + again but that's how I fixed it. Some people were able to get the update to download other ways but it was definitely a problem update for a lot of people.
