    Update for error 0x80073cf6 fails to launch games, apps, settings. *fix found*


    After a recent update I was getting this error when launching games (a lot of them) as well as other problems opening certain settings menus and apps. Today I factory reset the console, keeping the games and apps, and it appears to have completely fixed most of the problems I was having. OS updated back to where it was and I didn't really lose anything important in the process. Nothing else I tried worked, but this did the trick. Anyone getting 0x80073cf6 error when launching games, just do a factory reset (you can keep games/apps) and it should work just fine afterwards.

    To fix it just a reset without deleting any games and update the Xbox Video app, which is now called TV and Movies.

    All Settings -> System -> Console info and updates -> Reset console -> Reset and keep my Games & Apps

    This should fix error 0x80073cf6

    0x87e107e3

    If you have error code 0x87e107e3(Which is an error code for the console not finding your digital signature to your digital content. Stopping you from running your games and apps.)

    It may be caused by your console missing an update.

    There are two ways to try to force the update through Settings >System > Update(Keep Games and Apps)

    Though for me I had to go to Settings > System > Console Info > Reset Console(Keep Games and Apps)

    After I reset the console and put my account back on my games would launch again and no longer failed with 0x87e107e3.

    the error code is 0x80073cf6 and when I put it into the link it gives me it says that code does not exist. I am on an Xbox One S and it is happening to all of the apps and not the games.
