Update failure

Can't read the update from your storage device. please reinsert to continue the update. if the problem persists, visit www.xbox.xom/support status code: 4099-40A3-B680-0F00-C000-0034 -no matter how many times i reinsert the device it still says this and
when i turn the console off and back on it just shows this screen help someone please

That link means there is an error with your storage device and it cannot be read. You should either call support
support.xbox.com/contact-us or look into purchasing a new one.

A new storage device. If you are using a Slim console then just remove the usb stick while the console updates.

Although I cannot find the exact error code you listed I have found similar codes online that suggest your console cannot update because it has been modded.

However, you should contact phone support for confirmation of this suggestion.
