Update Failure

Discus and support Update Failure in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I just got the game and installed it. It is telling me to update now but it will not update.     Update Failure


    I just got the game and installed it. It is telling me to update now but it will not update. It says updating but has no sign of it actually updating and then a couple of minutes later it Ques itselff.Anyone know how to fix this?

    offline between several update cycles and the flash memory goes bad during that offline period, ANY update would cause a failure, not just a specific update.

    Your console asked for an update because the hard drive failed and it could not read the previous install of the update. It's not the update that causes the failure but rather the failure causes the need for an update.
