    when I try to download the update I have the message after download the update

    Can not process the update

    States code : 416b-4174-1780-2446-c810-1004

    The device is new and it is 1st time for update

    XB1 failing to update

    Speak with xbox support by calling 1-800-4MY-XBOX or go to their forums to find suggestions on how to fix this. The obvious remedies would be turning it off or factory reset. Another thing you could try is disconnecting from your wifi and reconnecting and if that doesn't work, connect to your router or modem via RJ-45.

    Hi ,

    This is did not help

    I try test the network and when ask for update , I select ok. after download and when install . same error 416b-4174-1780-2446-c810-1004.

    I also Clear the system cache and I have 11 GB free on hard drive and 3.1 GB on memory unit.

    Same error when using USB start up - after down load the update . when install have the same error

    My Modem / Router is D-link , model DSL-2750U using weird network connection

    I'd recommending running through all steps in
    this thread     first so we know the results of all steps. If this doesn't resolve the problem then I'd recommend creating a new thread in the 00 - 2013 Xbox Dashboard Update forums

    The Uninstall thing seems like a new bug / feature added in the latest dash.

    Let's hope they fix it soon.

    I am also experiencing same error. Power recycling does not fix it. I have downloaded update 3 times to no avail.

    I actually had that error of: 3143-397F-1600-2203-C000-0001 on my one console and if I remember correctly that means that the console has been modified or tampered with. I didn't do anything with my console but I found mine was refurbished and so it was
    opened by someone other then Microsoft. If you call into the Xbox Support line they can tell you for sure.
