Update failed

I can't download the required system update. I get this update error code: 4174 - 0000 - 3080 - 0506 - 8007 - 2746.

I have talked with a support representative but the steps that they provided to fix the issue did not work.

XB1 failing to update

Speak with xbox support by calling 1-800-4MY-XBOX or go to their forums to find suggestions on how to fix this. The obvious remedies would be turning it off or factory reset. Another thing you could try is disconnecting from your wifi and reconnecting and if that doesn't work, connect to your router or modem via RJ-45.

I would return it to the store and get a new one.

 

Hi Autumn, Try clearing your console's cache by going to settings, system, storage, highlight hdd, press y button, select clear cache and then restart your console.
