Hey guys it's not a Wi-Fi problem or a system problem it's just Xbox live services for 360 is down sadly but just relax for now I am going g to be getting a text when it is going to be back up so I'll notify you guys here ok so good luck this is really annoying

Update failure

i got error in my updates also

I am getting a message after I run the Test Xbox LIVE Connection tool that say i have to get an update and when i say yes it says its downloading for a few seconds and then it says the update has failed

I am getting the error code 3CD6-0000-0080-0300-8007-2751 update coming up as failed

 

I had the same error. I deleted corrupt content from the HDD and then tested my connection. I successfully downloaded the update and it is working perfectly.

 

I need help plz i havent gotten a response form Xbox_Support on twitter i have this problem and it isnt a WiFi problem cuz im hard wired

 

I have the same problem. WTF. i tried everything still wont work

 

this annoys me cause i came home and i went and tryed to play gta 5 and terraria and the update will not download

 

Tested everything and still can't download wth

 

Thanks Microsoft for once again messing up an update. Not only is the update not working, but I can't even do anything else with the Xbox 360. In a way bricked right now. Whatever... nobody cares about customers these days.

 

I had the same problem and then I took out the usb that I had the my 360 and that fix the problem but now it is telling me that there is a problem with not connecting me to xbox live=( frustrated

 

this is were the 360 end , is call dead end. only one way out'' if ........ you update to xboxone

Come on - just bought a new 12mo live card last week, a third controller, and two new games - had an issue updating and finally got that resolved to find out that I can't connect now!!!

MS is being pretty silent on the matter. If this is about buying a new Xbox One I have a better idea - MS can just swap me out for the same gear I currently own!!!

 

everything I have tried doesn't work this so annoying, hopefully they will get it fixed soon
