Update failed and deleted halo mcc

As long as you have the Microsoft account where you originally redeem the code you should be able to install it without any issues.

Kindly check the transaction first by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then locate the redemption transaction.

does on xbox a lot of the time, but i have had it happen with forza 3 and 4 on pc and halo mcc, so i gave up and bought on steam as steam can verify files and i never get a failed update.

It doesnt help that alot of the games are in vxd format (virtual xbox disc) and basically is an image.

but i think halo mcc is just files but in the encrypted folders, i dont think windows can verify the files if the update fails.

I agree. The original Halo MCC had huge load times, many freezes, failing saves on campaign, laggy games, and another monsoon of issues! The halo mcc insider is a masterpiece already and it’s just pre-release content! Keep it up 343i.

I'm having this problem.

At first it was halo mcc and batman.

Finally got batman to work but halo fails and fails and fails and fails.

What the actual [Mod Removed - Please do not try to bypass the word filter.] Microsoft.

My internet is fine do I know it's not that, I don't honestly know what to do, I can't delete my cache again as I did that loads last time and that wasn't the fix, apart from having to also re-install everything.

Please someone help

Probably Halo's MCC update, if that even counts
