Update Error

Discus and support Update Error in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Update will not go through after being downloaded.     Update Error


    Update will not go through after being downloaded. System will fully download 1100MB for update, then when it states "Applying Update" the green bar will fill up halfway and a "System Error. Contact Xbox Customer Support. E200 000000EF 00000000" message
    pops up. I have contacted Xbox support and was prompted to turn off and unplug the console but this same situation occurred. I was then asked to post here.

    Minecraft Update Error

    I went to try out Minecraft on xb1 today. I updated it to the latest patch and it freezed my xbox. I shut it down completely and then I restarted the console. Tried to play minecraft again and now the game won't start. Anyone else get this problem?

    Hey there! You'll want to post in the preview forums (forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx). If you get a message that says "Group Not Found," post back here so that a member
    of official support can get you access. In the meantime, I would try again, but make sure you leave it unplugged for at least 5 minutes.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for responding. I have gone and posted on the preview forums and I am currently trying again starting with unplugging it for 5 minutes.

    It was an update that was getting the error so i cleared the cash then it updated, it was odd getting that error for an update?
