Update error

I'm having the same problem with my daughter's Xbox 360. I'm a computer guy, not a game console guy, so not sure how to troubleshoot this, but it sure looks like (from everything else people have been saying, that it was a bad release and Microsoft needs
to get discs out to everyone to install a new update.

The above link doesn't work for me, but if it is asking the same questions the guy answered above, here are my answers:

I deleted her profiles, but can't download them again because can't access Xbox Live.

Minecraft Update Error

I went to try out Minecraft on xb1 today. I updated it to the latest patch and it freezed my xbox. I shut it down completely and then I restarted the console. Tried to play minecraft again and now the game won't start. Anyone else get this problem?
