    Update - Error Message Problem


    Hello,

    When I turn on my xbox 360 and it said it was about to update and then the update stops as soon as it starts and I get an error message: Can't read the update from your storage device. Please reinsert to update. Status code: 4476-4497-2780-1315-C000-0032.

    So I can't get to settings because this message pops up as soon as I turn it on.

    How do I know if I am fully updated?

    Did you receive any error message such as "There was a problem with the update?"

    Thanks for the answer, but I did everything in your message (and I managed to «delete» the update), but when I do the network test it's the same problem (update message and after it's an error message).
