    Hi! I am trying to update Xbox, but I keep getting "There was a problem with the update." I have reseted console and my router . I have also gone offline and made sure if I had enough space, which I have... Plenty. I have checked my connection. The update
    has gotten up to around 60% and then I received message "there was a problem with the update." again

    Do you have any solution to this problem?

    I have a problem with my Xbox One.

    I had a technical support chat, and I received a case number 1382572638. I was instructed to get an offline update. Unfortunately, it failed. I received this error code: E101 00000504 8B050041.
