    My xbox one completed an update this morning and now won't let me sign into my xbox account. Anyone else having this problem?

    I would recommend logging in on xbox.com, if you logged in successfully I advise you to perform

    Hello. My brother can't connect to Xbox live on his account. He can sign in, but he can't accept the new update. When an update came for the terms of use, he accidentally declined it, without reading it. Now he cannot install the update, or sign in to xbox
    live at all. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

    I tried solution 1 and updated my information. signed out then signed back in. rebooted my console and Now I get a message that says sorry, xbox live profiles can't be download right now.

    This service is pathetic

    Now when I try to sign in all I get is the "Can't sign into Xbox live" box. No error codes, just can't connect. It doesn't even try to update now.

    Another thing now. I just checked out my account on here and it seems 320mp (microsoft points) have been stolen/gone missing.
