Update/cancel game uninstall

I've never seen anything like this. This is...B......S....!!!!

This 76g game requested an update. I cancelled the update and now the game totally, ridiculously and stupidly got itself uninstalled all together. I came home from work and only had 1 hour to enjoy myself and this ruined the rest of my night!!!!!! Now the game is installing again with perhaps all my 7 dlcs also uninstalled. This issue makes microsoft the worst company in the world. Hands down the worst

it's possible that they are uninstalling because an update for the game(s) cancelled as that will uninstall the game.

Lol good one. I must say my post didn't request any help. Only people who have experienced this can reply. I own 30+ consoles, from the NES to the Atari jaguar...nobody knows about consoles here more than me..this is a big issue no other modern console has.

Never cancel an update, only ever pause it.
Cancelling it results in the entire game being deleted, thus requiring a complete new download of the whole game again.

I've downloaded call of duty vanguard on October 3rd is when I purchased the game digitally on my Xbox One I was able to play the beta of the call of duty vanguard but now it's saying I don't own the game can you someone please help with this issue I've been trying to figure this out for a long time now I'm about to give up and I'm about to switch to PlayStation all because it is issue
