    Since the last alpha ring update my console has just been stuck, I cant launch anything not even settings or the guide. I cant unenroll because every game or app is just constantly loading, I literally cant do anything, pls fix

    Update broke my console?

    Be offline and go to system and hard drive settings and do the Clear Cache(delete updates) and try to see if your console plays your games,dvds,etc..

    Problem with the game freezing

    I had the same issue and decided to avoid breaking the frames for a while. Then three creepers [tag:rekt] my *** at the same time and now I can't play more than 3 seconds after loading before a total crash because one explosion broke the block the frame
    was on. Pls fix.

    any way other the sending in and paying to get your xbox fixed with update errors?

    @onyx - That is utter nonsense. If it turns out this update toasted my three month old xbox and then I HAVE TO PAY to get it fixed there will h e double l to pay. MS will be looking at a law suit if not a class action law suit.

    @OP If the update broke your xbox it is not unreasonable to hold MS responsible. So long as you have not opened up your console to poke around yourself and the problem is 100% associated with the update you have every right to demand they fix what they
    broke.
