Update and Gameplay Issues

I started playing Minecraft today after having not played for about a week and was prompted to download an update when I started the game. I did the update and played for a few hours with no issues. Eventually, my fiance joined up and then everything went
to hell. The issues include:

- Everything not a player glitching through walls (my Iron Golem walked through my walls into my house and my animals escaped their pens)

- Either myself or the other player randomly freezing and not appearing anymore on the other person's half of the screen.

-Nether portal lagging or outright not working

I'm not sure if I downloaded an update twice or if the newest update is just *** with the multiplayer, but any advice on how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.

My wife and I just started playing tonight after today's update and are running into the same issues when there is more than one player in the world.

 

The same thing is happening to my girlfriend and I. We can't play like this.

 

This started for me yesterday after the update, was working alright before that, even the day before. It starts glitching out for me when we try to add more players. Don't know why or what to do about it.

 

I have also had a series of glitches, and if I misspell what I type I apologize because the following has left me unable to play the game AT ALL.

I don't know how, but I have started getting a glitch where the entities, be they aggressive or passive, have strange behavior and CRAZY pathing (their ability to move up and down blocks, etc.)

1. At any time during the game the monsters will LITERALLY start attacking me but their animations will show them walking on water, passing through walls, and still have the same exact timeframe between swings. Its not a save issue, or a lag issue, it is
a LITERAL GAME BREAKER.

The lack of ability to defend myself within survival, isn't the worst part. You are probably thinking, play another game mode until there is a fix...

SURPRISE! Even if you find a way into another game type, your character, after having this happen to them, will glitch itself and you will be unable to move, while shaking uncontrollably. I would liken this to the blocks falling over and over from the top
of a tree, but at a VERY high rate, more like 40 -50 times in a minute. Sometimes its even faster. This applies to all game modes. The only thing I haven't tried is causing all mobs to not spawn, and leaving all blocks dropping nothing.

I will admit it happens with 2+ players. My wife and I soley bought this game to be constructive together in a fun atmosphere and now the while reason we bought the game is impossible.

Ugh... please forgive my ranting and furiousness, but The game functioned almost flawlessly for us until something was changed in the past 2 weeks, as we play off and on, and to come back to it being broken is just a slap in the face.

We both love minecraft, and thought that we would spend the day off we have together (FINALLY) doing what we love to do and this. (Enter sad face here)

Someone has to make a statement or something, this is infuriating for me.

 

Same with me. After the update and in case of split screen multiplayer the mobs starts to act weird (fly, go through walls, etc.)

 

I would suggest someone attempt to get a game going with 1 person per console in multiplayer over the net. If the glitch continues at that time multiplayer MC for the one is shot until this is fixed...

Some scary right there...

My family is playing Minecraft on Xbox One, and downloaded the latest updated. The following issues are seen as problem in multiplayer game when playing creative mode:

1) Animals can go through the walls.

2) Chickens can fly.

3) Bats are hanging in the empty sky.

4) Sometimes player window and controls are jamming.

5) Animals cannot be killed anymore.

6) Animals can move side ways.

7) Fire arrows does not act correctly.

This causes bad problems in the play experience. Please pull back the update or correct the problems as soon as possible.

 

Having the same issues when playing with my kid yesterday. On top of that, we could hear an enemy around, sounded like a zombie, but couldn't see it. And it killed both of us. Just exited the game when that happened, can't play like that.
