    I am now over a year with all my reward credits just waiting to be applied. It says I need to update my account. Yet it's current. In fact it's current enough that if I buy anything through Xbox it goes right through, no problem taking my money. Just for
    some reason you can't apply reward credits me.

    Hello, i have 20250 reward credits in my account. Its my new account but its showing that their is a problem in your account and update your account. Please fix my account so that i can those pending reward credits deposited in my account. Please
    fix my account.

    Has anyone else got $6.00 free from microsoft on 360?

    I was going to purchase a few games from xbox live on my 360 and I went to add a credit card and saw that for some reason that microsoft put $6.00 into my microsoft account and thought that was just from the rewards program. But I happen to check another account on my xbox 360 that i didn't even use the rewards program with and have just purchase one game with that account and it also has $6.00 in that account also is Microsoft given out $6.00 to us or what is the deal?

    Hello CYKOPAT,

    The issue is with the data stored for your account, which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process. When we attempt to query
    the server containing your information on where you would like your deposit, the database does not return a response. When our deposit detects that is has not been directed to an account designated as your selected deposit account, it aborts. Since the database
    containing user's billable accounts is not under the control of our program, we must rely on another team to provide their resolution to this issue. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is
    a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you to update your information is a symptom of this error, and is a simple troubleshooting notice. Since we are not receiving information from the affected database, adjusting your
    information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
