    Literally everythingisgoing slow, it wont let me sign it, everytime i click the xbox button it take like 10 minutes for something to load and when i sign in, 0 friends show and no games work

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issues with an update. Are you enrolled in the insider program? You can try a

    soft factory reset    . Maybe something in the update didn't correctly install.

    Is a "soft factory reset" deleting all accounts from my xbox buti can keep the games and apps right..? and when i factory reset, id be able to do the new update?
