Update 16 is certified by MS

Few more things about the update and how to do it right: There is still no ETA. Old version is still playable. Do not do fresh install unless you are prompted to update this game! Original guide by "SecndChance WGA" for installing the patch is here:

So here is the completing a fresh install of this patch. (see what we did there)

Please do these steps in order and shut down when asked to.

Step 1

- Go to your “System Settings” and find “Storage” then press “A”;

- Highlight “Hard Drive” and press “Y”;

- Press “A” on "Clear System Cache" press "A" to confirm;

Step 2

- Shut down your console for 3 minutes, and then restart:

- From the Dashboard, navigate to the "System" tab;

- Select "Storage";

- Select "Games and Apps";

- Select “World of Tanks Xbox 360 Edition” and press "Y";

- Select “Delete"

- This will promote you with "Are you sure you want to permanently delete all items associated with this game?" press Yes.

- Again, Shut down your console for 3 minutes, and then restart.

Note:All of your gear and stats are saved on our servers and will be waiting for you when you get back to your garage.

Step 3

- From the Dashboard, navigate to the "Settings" tab;

- Select "Account";

- Select "Download History";

- Select World of Tanks Xbox 360 Edition;

- Select "Download Again";

- On the Active Downloads list, press “A” to view more information on World of Tanks 360 Edition;

- Allow to download from the Download Details screen.

While the download is in progress, do not use your console to do anything else like play a game. Using the console while downloading content can cause the download to pause, stop, or to time out.

Also make sure that other computers in your home are not downloading or transferring files. When someone in your house browses the Internet, they use bandwidth that could be going to your console."

ms certifies all patches and dlc right? right? if you think ms has no share in this youre a fool

The error I am getting is "this original xbox game was not certified" but if You check xbox.com/games it is mentioned as certified.......I think i will try the MS support tomorrow.....:S

lol, funny answer. so you still need an MS certified drive.

Being on the store, it means it has been verified by MS and certified otherwise it would not be there.
