update 10.0.10586.1015 after update games won't sync

After this update I can't sync any game save, any game...

profile gone and cant connect to cloud saves

on update 10.0.10586.1015 since then console is showing no Gamerscore even though achievements are there. Cant get saved games on any games. them is wrong colour too. But everything is ok on the xbox website

 

Xbox one controller keeps needing to update

My controller won't sync to the Xbox one console, so I connected with USB to update the controller. I have gone through the update process 5 times on the same controller. Every time it says the update is complete, but then it won't sync. So I do a hard
reset, try to sync again, and it still won't work. I plugged it back in via USB, and it keeps saying that my controller needs an update. All five times it goes through the process of downloading and installing the update, and says the controller is updated
and ready to use. What am I doing wrong, or what can I do differently? Thanks

 

Hey there. Try opening the guide and going to the Settings tab, then Restart console. If that doesn't work, Turn off console from there, then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes and try it again.

 

I allready did but that doesn't fix it

 

It is the same here. Destiny says Error code vulture...

 

Are you in the preview program by any chance?

 

yes I am part of the program, but I found a fix maybe it can help You too golemMDA3, before this update my console name was XBOX1W but after the update the name was xboxone or something. I've changed that name for XBOX1W as it was before the update and now
my apps and games syncs again, obviously I need to re install all but ohhh well at least it works

I've called support and well let's say they really need to improve

 

I would definitely report it on the console through your preview app, or in the preview forums. I've heard of other people running into this issue with the latest preview update:

Hey KenH2k4 try this, hold down the power button on your xbox until it turns off, unplug it from the wall, leave it off for about 1 minute, plug it back in, turn it on. once its on go to your settings, go to your network settings > advanced settings > Alternate
MAC adress > clear, it should prompt you to restart. once it restarts check and see if its working

 

None of this is working what are ms doing about it

 

theres an issue with the update especially if your a part of the preview program, its a bug they have to fix, they are workign on it

 

The same is happening to me and factory reset does not work to fix it

 

I just contact ms support they told me to try OSUDT3... now I'm dowloading this and will try... I don't know if will work but you can try too
